Step 1 - Enquiry

Reach out to me on my contact page and let know what session you are looking to book. I will respond to your enquiry within 2 business days with details of my availability and the pricing information.

Step 2 - Consultation

After you go through the price list and decide to go ahead with the booking we will have a consultation over a phone call or messages. Here we get to know each other a little and discuss your vision, the location, themes, number of people attending, my style and we will clarify any questions you may have.

Step 3 - Proposal and Deposit

Post consultation, we will schedule a date and time for the shoot and I will send you a proposal which includes a contract and a request for a deposit. If you are happy with everything, you will sign the contract and pay the deposit (cash, bank transfer or revolut).

Signing and contract and paying the deposit officially confirms your booking with me and secures your slot.

Step 4 - Final Touches

Once we've crossed the 't's and dotted the 'i's, I will send you a style guide and a session guide. These guides contain detailed information on how to prepare for the session, what to expect during the session, what to wear and what to bring. This helps take away all the stress before the shoot. We will then be in touch to finalise wardrobe and hash out any questions you may have.

Step 5 - Session Day

The day of your session is finally here. We will meet at my studio or the selected location 5 minutes before the scheduled session time.

A few things to remember:

  • This session is all about you and what makes you or your family special
  • It is important that you and your family enjoy this experience because it will show up in your photos
  • Moments over poses: After we get 2-3 traditional poses out of the way, you don't have to look at the camera, you just have to have fun and I will capture the moment
  • Most sessions take anything between1-2 hours

Step 6 - Deliver the Images

I take great care to go over all your images and pick out the perfect moments. My turnaround time for your viewing gallery is around 2 weeks.

I do not limit the number of images in the gallery, I just pick the best moments to pre-edit and share with you. But I guarantee at least 25 images.

Once your images are pre-edited they will be uploaded to Pixieset (this is a photo gallery hosting website) and you will receive a link to view and select your favorite photos. The photos in your preview gallery will have my watermark on them as they are not the final images.

The quicker you make your selection the quicker you will receive the final edited photos.

On receiving your selection I will further edit the photos and send them to you. My turnaround time for this is between 2-4 weeks. This is because I have to get photos/albums/memory boxes made and this could take time.

Once completed you will receive a link to download high resolution images and if you chose prints/albums/memory boxes I will notify you once this is ready for collection.
